Jump-lag kiss on two calendars

Romance on the corridor is mostly calendar violence dressed as fate. You plan a kiss for Tuesday; the hop makes it next week and also yesterday depending which berth clock you trust and which one is lying for tariff reasons. Jump-Lag Kiss came out of that mess — bright enough for a dome, honest enough that the pre-chorus still stings when you're alone with the glow of a dead conversation thread.

People think pop means shallow. Cute theory. Shallow is easy. Hook-heavy and still true is work you do with your whole chest. Mom's shift snuck into Cold Chain Heart because love songs that ignore labor feel like Spire perfume — pretty until you breathe and remember who paid for the air. I keep the personal in verse one on purpose. The glitter earns its keep after.

Anyway. New clips are spinning and the Net wants sparkle like it's a utility. I'll give glitter with a dock heartbeat underneath, same as always. Squawk me when your clocks finally agree. I'll be late on purpose. Looks better in the chorus, and honesty looks better with eyeliner that survived the hop.
