Why the mug song pays rent
I am Torin Loombridge on purpose — Torin Vale's Tavern Level / Renni nom de plume. Same warm tenor. Same storytelling pocket. Different dressing: inns, roads, dragons who want soup, mayors who try to tax rain. The leagues want a soundtrack that sounds like road and mug and fire while the hull still hums under the foam-steel floorboards. I write that book. Comedy is my favorite. Tender lays allowed.
This is where most of the money is. Booked inn nights. KTVN Bardic. Four albums on the house shelf — Mug Book, Penn & Purse, Tall Mug Tales, Beyond Summer — forty-nine masters and climbing. Vale stays underground soft rock: street drop-ins, transit-ring kettles, no formal concerts under that name. Same hands. Different posters.
Play this catalog if your costume is serious, your manners are period, and your mag-boots are hiding under the table. Shade keeps the booth honest. Copper Penn still wins arguments. Fill the mug again.
