A thin living veil under facial or shoulder skin that catches light in a soft mineral shimmer — not chrome plating, not mirror-mesh clubwear. It does not provide DR, chameleon stealth, or sensor baffling. It photographs well and irritates people who think bioware should only hurt. Fitting is shallow with a week of itch; dye lots stay on the counter card, not as eight SKUs. Ashvein refuses refunds for “I thought shimmer meant stealth.”
