Stormweaver Port is the long charcoal half of the old matched set — heavier in the hand, stubborn about sight picture, still wearing pale ghosts of a Sol Navy stencil under ceramic skin. Bound Arms grounded a Loyal working into the coil bus so the pistol knows its owner the way a bonded blade knows a hilt. It takes power through paired C cells and feeds sight data through a physical fiber lead. No radio. No ship bus. No helpful back door. On Elias Fenmar it is a careful two-hand tool. In anyone else's grip it is expensive scrap that refuses to speak.
