This armor insert is cut thin enough to disappear inside a coat lining, messenger bag, seat back, or bulkhead upholstery. Layers of aramid, shear-thickening gel, and flexible ceramic scales spread impact without producing the stiff square outline that tells everyone exactly where to shoot. The panel bends with ordinary movement and grows rigid for a heartbeat under a strike. Afterward, a bruised purple patch appears in the inspection film, marking the damaged zone. It is protection for people who cannot arrive dressed for war. It also traps heat, creaks faintly in cold air, and tends to migrate unless properly stitched. Concealment always sends an invoice eventually.
