Power Armor Plating / Reforge Service

A reforge is not a polish and paint job. Glace Span strips damaged powered armor to its load frame, scans every plate, cuts out heat-softened sections, and bonds fresh laminate around the surviving core. Customers choose protection priorities because weight does not negotiate: more chest, more joints, or more freedom to move. Old scars remain as shallow seams under the final ceramic coat. The shop photographs them before covering anything, both for engineering records and because owners become sentimental about holes they survived. Turnaround runs several days if parts cooperate. If the frame itself is twisted, the conversation changes from repair to salvage, usually after a long silence and a shorter invoice.
