A span-scan fitting begins with the customer standing in a light cage wearing as little dignity as shop policy permits. Structured light maps body shape, joint reach, old injuries, breathing expansion, and the gear normally worn beneath a suit. The fitter then walks the customer through crouches, ladder pulls, and one deliberately awkward overhead reach while the system predicts pressure folds. Forty minutes later it produces an encrypted fit profile accepted by most Glace Span shells. The scan cannot make a wrong-size suit right. It can stop a nearly right suit from cutting circulation behind the knees. Profiles age. Bodies change. Armor remembers the person measured, not the person imagined.
