Telescopic Optic Stack

A stacked optic implant that adds deliberate magnification and ranging marks without a carried scope. The wearer squeezes focus with a temple-jack gesture or a sealed cuff-pad tap; the stack does not auto-zoom on every glance — that habit gets people killed in close berths. Depth cues flatten at high mag, and a rolling deck will make the untrained vomit. Power comes from an A-cell trickle charged at the clinic cuff-pad. Optional deck tether imports berth survey overlays; open crew mesh is available and loudly discouraged. Glassnerve keeps the serial; the patient keeps the key.
