Bay-1 OS sled for scrubbers, couriers, and yard bots. Boots idle follow / return-home only — no job until a role package seats in another bay. Without this chip the frame is a counter statue.
Legacy Stackware drone-autosoft programs remain on the shelf as soft companions; these hardware sleds are the canonical bay-programming path.
