Anti-Bite Muzzle Mesh is soft-edged aramid web stretched over a spring titanium mouth cage. Fit it from behind after the quarry is pinned, with two fingers clear beneath the throat strap. Hunters use it for biting and spitting during transport; a serialized tab records who applied the restraint and when. Wash out blood, dry the hinges, and fold it flat in the warrant bag. Most stations permit only temporary, observed use, and they prosecute obstructed breathing as assault. Too loose costs fingers; too tight injures the prisoner and puts the hunter on the wrong side of the cage. Inspect the throat strap between every transfer.
