Concussion Baton — R0 is a glass-fiber truncheon around a pulsed inertial core, with a textured grip and dim charge lamp. Keep the forward-heavy head moving away from skull, spine, and anything already cuffed. Hunters use it for breaking a quarry's momentum at arm's reach; its polymer head leaves a readable contact pattern for the arrest record.
