Hunters use it for buying three seconds in a foot pursuit while recording path, target lock, and ultraviolet serial flecks. Fold the arms into the charging crate and remove the ribbon spool before storage. Several ports prohibit autonomous restraint, so a licensed operator must hold the link. Bad identification tangles a witness; bad piloting tangles a fan, and both can end with injuries and an escaped quarry.
