Long coat for when a jacket still leaves too much weather and too much of you exposed. Knee-to-shin hem, storm flap, deep pockets, cut that clears a belt kit without swinging like a cape. Under the shell: recycled aramid knit, waxed dockcloth, replaceable polymer panels — same Sump honesty as the knife-turner line, stretched into a trench. A thin microclimate liner runs spine and underarms: warm when the berth chill hits, vent-cool when the yard cooks. Power: C cell (~12 hours continuous) or cuff-pad top-up on the sealed cuff control; dead cell = ordinary heavy coat. Network: none (offline liner only). Not a sealed suit, not vacuum. Rack dye lots rotate — ash, night, dock green-grey — one SKU, color at the counter. Hem holds brine dust; cuff pad picks up thumb-shine. Brush dry, hand-rinse salt, swap chewed panels.
