Bio Sample Kit

A field case for taking swabs, fluids, spores, and tissue without turning them into one contaminated soup. Color-coded seals record temperature and opening events; the tiny cooler holds samples until a proper lab receives them. The kit cannot identify miracles on the spot. It does preserve chain of custody, including exactly which impatient crew member opened a vial "just to look." Praxis recommends a bench check after hard use; skipped certificates are cheap until an insurer asks for the last valid one. Praxis will recertify a transferred Bio Sample Kit, but the bench fee climbs when its shock log has gaps. Salvagers call that extortion right up until a claim depends on the number.
