Fanblade packs flat alloy petals that bloom into a cutting fan instead of a tidy sphere of frag. Breach teams use it when they want the hallway ahead to regret existing and the hallway behind to stay mostly intact — mostly. Marked with a bold orientation stripe; ignore the stripe and you invent friendly fire. The casing scars easily; if the stripe is worn off, retire the egg. Sold in twos with a foam cradle and a shrug.
