Needleburst dumps a radial cloud of short flechettes — less bulkhead-punch than Ringcut, worse for soft targets in crowded berths. Favorite of teams clearing crew quarters where overpenetration is a career ender. The shell has a soft nose and a hard conscience; clerks will not sell it without pointing at the liability card. Store point-down in the foam. A crushed egg leaks needles into your kit like a bad magic trick.
