Ee'la Prime
Overview
Ee'la Prime
Ee'la Prime is a breathable forest world that learned to apologize for its trees by building over them. The habitable band is dominated by two arcology megacities linked by high-capacity mag-rail — less than an hour city to city if the councils have not slowed the trains for a treaty argument.
Tre'dalmor Spire is the face outsiders negotiate with: councils, finance, treaty law, and the slow machinery of Elari governance. The halls are grown and groomed as much as built — living wood, crystal lattice, and the unsettling composure of people who measure disputes in decades. Yel'adari Rimward is the hand that keeps the planet fed: logistics yards, fisheries, transit maintenance, border-adjacent security when the Navy is elsewhere. If Spire is the voice, Rimward is the grip.
Between and beyond the urban seal lies old-growth preserve forest under absolute no-trespass law — no logging, no survey drones, no "lost hikers" without a writ. The preserves are not a park for visitors; they are precedent with roots. Export wealth on Prime flows through law and rails, not through cutting the green. The Shen'varai crownflowers that matter to human longevity markets grow on Aelva, not here — but Prime's councils treat that trade as if the forest still watched.
