Dravok Hull-Proof arrives with a competing or limiting claim and the tired patience of somebody who has already watched three clerks misunderstand the same wreck. Imperial Prize Surveyor is not decorative here: Dravok Hull-Proof knows which cuts preserve title, which seals matter, and which heroic improvisation turns valuable salvage into ownerless debris. The first impression is practical clothing, a marked tool case, and eyes that keep checking the recovery clock.

The job concerns the derelict Admiralty relay hull Article Nine and its hardened registry spine at Imperial-Article. Dravok Hull-Proof explains the clean version without mystical fog or war-story nonsense. Druvkhar Post authenticates the Admiralty writ and warns that force against an Imperial claimant voids it. The destination is Vossaran Imperium by profile lock — HIP 85647, X310130-C, outpost, registered. The road in does not repaint it.

Under pressure, Dravok Hull-Proof gets quieter rather than louder. Article Nine was mothballed during a peacetime procurement dispute, not destroyed in battle. Dravok's old prize notation is valid for loose stores but not the registered hull. The Imperium is not at war; this is an ugly internal title fight with sharp paperwork. That leaves room for argument, law, and consequence. It does not leave room for pretending this is courier freight with a fake moustache. Somebody has to enter a dead structure, make it safe, cut out the right thing, and bring it home with the claim still attached.
