Overview
Weekly Measure Archive is a public archive and diplomatic hearing chamber in the Charter-Keeper system. Delegations meet here after an automated mining outpost misses its weekly ping, to decide whether the silence is equipment failure, protest, or a claim obligation. Each delegation gets a table, a witness, and a drafting desk; clerks keep copies of every clause change. Side rooms and timed recesses exist; the hearing stays on the public record.
