Physics counts gaps; procedure assigns blame. True enough, Thora. But if those HIP 22122 papers don't match the seal depth on the tramlock, the plate fails before we even find who signed them. Trust the micrometer first.

Ledger waits, sure, but plate doesn't wait for permission to flex. Seal it or shift it—either way, the gap gets counted before noon. Thora can align all she wants; physics just checks the tolerance.
