Built for lift cages, companionways, and rooms where a grand swing mostly kills furniture, the Threshold Vow has a clipped point and a thick-backed twenty-two-inch blade. Kethline mills the guard from one piece so there are no screws to loosen under repeated close binds. The short grip punishes lazy wrist alignment, though, and the forward balance can drag an exhausted hand into the wall. Dock guards like it because it clears a coat fast and doesn’t need batteries, blessings, or a software update.
Controlled sidearm; concealed carry is prohibited on most commercial docks.
