Wireforge lays down metal in bright hair-thin beads, then bakes the rough part until the layers stop pretending they are separate. It makes brackets, clamps, housings, and low-pressure fittings without asking a yard for a production slot. Every finished part comes out wearing a grey crust and the stubborn conviction that deburring is somebody else's problem.
build Chamber Cm: 80 x 80 x 80; buyer Problem: A machine shop needs metal brackets and housings without waiting for a yard production slot.; carried Load Mode: INSTALLED; compatibility: Uses common metal wire feedstock; cannot certify pressure vessels, drive parts, weapon barrels, armor plate, reactor components, or medical implants.; failure Consequence: Failure causes porosity and rejects the part; critical failure cracks the furnace liner or produces a deceptively weak part.; feedstock Ratio: 1.25:1; logistical Burden: 1,100 lb. install, hot-work ventilation, fire isolation, feedstock storage, and sinter cooldown time.; maintenance Reality: Machinist runs it; Metallurgy may set materials; keep ventilation and fire isolation honest.; mass Kg: 498.952; maximum Finished Mass Kg: 20; measurement Status: ESTIMATED; resolution Mm: 0.2; signature Capability: Wire-fed metal deposition plus sinter bake for ordinary brackets, clamps, housings, and low-pressure fittings.; throughput: 1 kg per hour plus four hours sintering and cooldown; tradeoff: Parts leave with grey crust and porosity risk; pressure vessels and controlled parts stay out of scope.; volume Liters: 1200
LC3 hot-work appliance; inspected ventilation and fire isolation required before commissioning.
