Recovery crews stabilize the tumbling hull, kill stored energy, and cut the recorder cradle without mixing it into loose scrap. Blue work lamps light frost-covered trusses; Federal recovery calls stay clipped on the radio. Oath Post verifies the recovery warrant and requires the recorder to stay in witnessed custody until Ellis's lawful hull claim is settled.
