Oath Hall and Colonial Berth

Overview

Oath Hall and Colonial Berth is a federal intake berth cut into a black mesa at Oath Post. Civilian cargo clears on one side of the desk; first-service recruits report to Colonial Affairs on the other. Recruits speak a legal service oath in a plain hall with a flag, witness terminals, and a clerk who confirms they understand the term. A recruit may request one private conference and one deferral before signing.
