Burned Hall of Measures

Overview

Burned Hall of Measures is a burned salvage ruin in the Rib-Forge system. Honor-forge ribs and court seals remain in the ash and on the writ boards. Recovery crews work under a Karthunai republic salvage-court writ: survey the structure, mark a lawful cut zone, and extract named dies without mixing them into loose scrap.
