Overview

Wave Rise A-Berth is an A-class Federation quarantine station over Wave Rise. Half the concourse is sealed behind yellow pressure doors; the open half smells of hot filters, disinfectant, and coffee from a machine with a federal inventory sticker. Interdiction buoys on the approach flash Colonial Health warnings and cite conflicting exclusion codes. Quarantine Officer Thomas Rook runs the chart desk: he can clear a survey, order isolation, or void a bad upload.
