Dockglass Span-Fit Vac Shell

Dockglass uses transparent inspection strips along every major seam. Pressurize the shell and leaks bloom as silver bubbles beneath the strip, visible before they grow large enough to hear. The rest of the suit is ordinary white ripstop over a flexible bladder, cut with generous adjustment folds and reinforced knees. It is not flattering. Vacuum has never cared about flattering. Colored tabs at waist, thigh, and arm pull the excess volume into place for different bodies. The clear seam material yellows under ultraviolet light and should be replaced when it resembles old teeth. Budget crews wait longer. Sensible crews have seen what a seam failure does to spit.
