Rivetwake builds helmets for people working beside welders in vacuum shadow. The faceplate shifts from clear to nearly black in a blink, responding separately to bright arcs on either side so the wearer keeps useful vision elsewhere. Heated air channels sweep breath moisture toward a reclaim trap instead of letting it freeze at the chin. The shell is scarred-looking from new, a textured titanium finish meant to hide the damage shipyard work will add anyway. Two bone-conduction pickups carry tool impacts and shouted radio through the helmet ring. They also carry the terrible singing of whoever shares your suit channel. No equipment specification has solved crews.
