This is not a camping box with a vacuum label slapped on it. The build combines aramid weave, titanium hardware, fluorosilicone seals, and vacuum-rated aerogel; this gravelight version adds grit-shedding basalt cloth and blunt alloy hardware. Narrow components clear crawlways and crowded lock interiors. The service issue favors numbered parts and an inspection trail over polish. Its repair roll carries foil-backed patches, two-part seal gum, spare valve caps, and a blunt scraper for frost. The air bottle is isolated from the heater packets; careless stowage should not turn one failure into three. The cold arrives first through gloves and boots. Delay the rescue long enough and dexterity goes before judgment, then the patch job follows.
