Hullside Kestrel Survival Kit Dock Pattern keeps one suited person alive after the airlock, vehicle, or rescue schedule has failed. The build combines aramid weave, titanium hardware, fluorosilicone seals, and vacuum-rated aerogel; this hullside version adds oil-dark fabric, replaceable chafe pads, and oversized buckles. Kestrel hardware trades spare mass for quick movement through tight structure. Dock-pattern hardware tolerates grime but demands a wipe-down before cycling the lock. Inside are laminated hull patches, sealant cord, visor de-icer, chemical hand warmers, a compact oxygen reserve, casualty wrap, light line, and a dye-free locator strobe. Everything opens with pressure gloves and every pouch drains instead of trapping condensate. The cold arrives first through gloves and boots. Delay the rescue long enough and dexterity goes before judgment, then the patch job follows.
