Sable Span Spirit Ledger Slate is a palm slate faced in sootglass, with a silver stylus tethered through a warded hinge. This Sable Span pattern uses oil-black silk, polished basalt fittings, and knots marked in silver dust, made for long-duration work where cheap materials stretch, creep, and eventually betray the geometry. With Sable Span, names written on it do not stay still when the named presence is nearby. With Sable Span, honest entries settle into clean white strokes; evasions feather, double, or crawl toward the margin. Sable Span's slate records impressions rather than courtroom truth, and angry entities can push back hard enough to crack the glass. Clerks love the tidy columns; that is the Sable Span distinction. Mediums know the columns are mostly there to give fear somewhere to stand; that is the Sable Span distinction. Ninth Sign asks 220 credits, including a fitted case and one calibration check; replacement consumables are extra, because apparently consequences have a subscription model.
