Dockglass Hull Patch Cassette is gear for closing punctures and split seams in light hull plate before vibration spreads them, intended for the part of a yard job after the clean plan has already gone stale. The hardware leaves its cable, bearing faces, and sacrificial pieces exposed for inspection rather than hiding them under trim. Set it with two workers when possible, one handling tension and the other watching contact faces, clearance, and load shift. A sound setup carries an even hum; pulsing buzz or clamp chatter means one side is taking more than its share. Inspection means unloading fully, wiping away grease, and flexing every cable termination by hand before the next setup.
