Miri Kest

Miri Kest is the scheduling PA who processes your compensation and NDA. Young, quick, a little overcaffeinated, with a bright practiced smile that doesn't quite reach her eyes when the terminal does something she wasn't expecting. She hands over your credstick, points where to sign, and keeps the line moving.

She's friendly and fast, and she is plainly terrified of Legal. When your paperwork throws a flag she wasn't briefed on, she blinks at the screen, recovers, and rushes you through the next step a shade too smoothly. Ask her anything off-script — about the other teams, the wing down the hall, the odd line on the credstick — and she gives you the answer she was told to give, then glances toward a door you can't see.

She wants you paid, signed, and gone before anyone above her notices anything at all.
