The Lacera System

Overview

The Lacera System

Lacera is a Solaris Treaty Frontier Charter — a deliberately small star humans claimed because the map had a gap between Khesret hub traffic and Ee'la convoy law, and because somebody in Luna Arbitration decided a human clinic closer to Elari space was cheaper than another diplomatic incident.

One habitable world, Lacera Prime, still wearing scaffold and dust. Two cold moons (Bracken and Harrow) host relay stacks and fuel skiffs that never pretend to be cities. A thin belt of nickel-iron nobody fights over yet. No Concord gate ring — you arrive on sublight charter or you transfer off an Ee'la spur hauler that would rather not admit it stopped.

The system's whole personality is treaty medicine and honest fatigue: Solaris subsidy ledgers, Elari visa labor, Shen'varai petal cold-chain that arrives late and leaves angry, and a port authority that measures importance in how many convoy captains return your calls. It is not a hub. It is a pressure valve — the place humans go when they want Elari treaty boards to read a human address without claiming Tre'dalmori soil.
