Concord Online University

Corridor-wide online university with Meridian physical annex; cheaper than prestige houses.

Concord Online University — *Concord's gift to humanity (tuition still applies).*

COU is the arm's cheapest serious degree mill that is not, in fact, a mill. Remote lectures, Meridian Lexicon Annex stacks, and Concord University Press abridgments reach dockhands who will never see a Sol campus. Tuition undercuts every prestige house on the Corridor. Scholarships land often enough that even Sump-Nine cynics admit the ads are not entirely lies.

The brand is soft where Concord the ring-corp is hard: open enrollment windows, student waivers for survey work, public abridgments that still beg you to buy Tier IV. Faculty like Dr. Pavel Ors publish for citation metrics and for travelers who need to know that Concord Common is commerce, not comprehension.

It is still Concord money. The CEO who owns the rings also funds the gift — cheaper than rivals, less corporatized than Dermidine's training campuses, and never free. He hoards credits like weather. He also signs scholarship ledgers. Spacers argue which fact matters more while they enroll anyway.
