Spire Transit Ring
The Transit Ring is the great interchange that circles the base of the Meridian Spire — where the orbital-elevator district hands off to the rest of Khesret-Prime. Maglev loops, gate-shuttle gates, freight elevators, and pedestrian causeways stack in concentric bands, and the whole thing never stops moving. This is the first place a de-podded contractor sees real sky: two moons, copper light, the Meridian Gate scratching the dark overhead.
It is loud, bright, and gloriously indifferent. Ad-glass sells everything. Buskers work the causeways. Corp commuters, dockers, gate migrants, and every people in the sphere shoulder past each other under the same tired neon. Step off Dermidine's escort here and you are, for the first time, just another face in fourteen billion.
Corp-side gates run Astral Court scan arches and polite security; down-ring the enforcement thins and the fixers thicken. A fresh credstick works everywhere until it doesn't — until a terminal flashes a cohort ID nobody gave, or a billboard face looks too much like someone you met inside the sim.
