Meridian Gate Ring

Overview

Meridian Gate Ring

The Meridian Gate Ring is the crown above Khesret-Prime — a Concord-owned router megastructure in stationary orbit over the elevator district, where jump couplings glow like slow lightning and the queue never really ends. Spacers call the whole installation the Meridian Gate; accountants call it Hub Router KH-0 and bill by the minute.

From the Spire Transit Ring you ride elevators or shuttles up until the sky turns black and the four primary spurs hang in the dark like cathedral arches:

| Spur | Registry | Where it goes | Who uses it |
|------|----------|---------------|-------------|
| Sol Approach | SA-1 | Sol — ancestral system, sealed permits | Wealth, law, nostalgia, Tesla sightseers |
| Thul'vaneh Exchange | TE-7 | Thul'vaneh Core — Goblishili clearing capital | Finance, yachts, charter votes, repo teams |
| Hardfell Freight | HF-3 | Hardfell Core — dwarven foundry cradle | Ore haulers, frames, guild-licensed stations |
| Ee'la Consular | EC-2 | Ee'la system — Elari Shen'varai / pharma choke | Diplomats, convoy escorts, licensed petal distillate |

Every spur is Concord hardware end to end — CHC scan, tariff meter, astral hygiene arch, and the particular silence of a corp that owns distance itself. Secondary rim spurs exist (private corp slots, dead lanes, military-adjacent routers), but these four are what fixers mean when they say "out of Khesret on a ring."

The Ring scratches the night over fourteen billion people. Most never ride it. Everyone pays for it anyway.
